String 1 flower bead on an eye pin. Form a loop on top with round nose pliers. Use a jump ring to attach a drop bead to the bottom loop. Using flat nose pliers, hold ear wire in one hand and bend the loop away from you to open. Insert the top loop of the head pin and bend back the loop on the ear wire to close.
